Shipping & Returns


What is your shipping policy?

At Pooxtra we offer free shipping on all orders over $100.00 in the 48 contiguous states! All orders under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate of just $9.99.

An additional shipping surcharge above and beyond the flat rate shipping charge may occur on items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or if you are located in a very remote area.

Should the shipping quote be inaccurate and need to be changed after the order has been placed, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you do not want to process the order any longer with the added shipping charges we can process a refund for the total paid.  

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other orders returned do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged the actual shipping costs to and from our warehouse. If a returned item was a Free Shipping item from us, the refund for the product will be minus the actual shipping charges.

NOTE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: All sales will be final for any custom sized or non-stock color order, this includes but not limited to custom sized outdoor curtains, all outdoor curtain rods, and any other order where a custom size or color is requested. This also includes any stock sized item which has any alterations for example, a stock sized outdoor curtain panel that has stabilizing grommets added to the bottom corners per the customers request.

For All Delivery Types 

We are not responsible for deliveries that are misdirected due to an incorrect shipping address, including any fees incurred from misdirected deliveries. If a shipment cannot be delivered successfully as a result of an invalid shipping address, or if no one is available to accept/sign for the delivery after an extended period of time, the carrier may need to return the shipment to our warehouse. If this should occur, after a reasonable attempt has been made to make these arrangements with the recipient, a refund for the purchase will be provided, minus any shipping fees incurred by Pooxtra.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

  • In Stock items usually ship within 1-4 business days. NOTE: Some of our Pooxtra products are made to order and may take longer to ship due to manufacturing lead times. On average this is 7-14 days but may be longer during busy times of the year. Most items are shipped via UPS Ground or via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Method. 

  • Some larger items are shipped via freight carrier and can take between 7-10 days to ship after the payment has been processed. You will be notified if your order will be shipped via freight. 

  • All orders, including freight will receive a tracking number after shipping so you can track your order.
